A seat is any employee with an account in SkillMAP β whether they're self-assessing, being reviewed by a manager, or viewing their growth path.
We don't currently offer separate non-profit or education pricing, but our BY INVITATION tier β with $0 setup fee for selected SMEs in Vietnam β may be a fit. Reach out and we'll check eligibility with you.
Yes. All workforce data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties, and your team's information is only visible to the people you grant access to.
The setup fee is a one-time payment that covers onboarding, importing your company structure, and setting up your competency framework with guidance from our HR specialist. It's not recurring.
Your free seats are part of your first 6-month billing cycle. After the first 3 months, they convert to the standard rate of 59,000Δ/seat/month for the remainder of that cycle.
You can add seats anytime β they'll be billed at the same per-seat rate, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Seats aren't tied to a specific person β if someone leaves, simply reassign their seat to a new team member at no extra cost. Your total seat count can be reduced starting the next 6-month cycle.
One seat per employee who will use SkillMAP β whether for self-assessment, manager review, or tracking their growth path. If you're unsure, we can help you estimate this on a call.
Billing runs in 6-month cycles. There's no long-term lock-in beyond that β you're not committing to a multi-year contract.
Onboarding includes importing your org structure, setting up your competency framework (using our pre-built library or your own), defining target levels by role, configuring your assessment cycle (frequency, deadlines, and reminders), and guided support from an HR specialist to ensure your first assessment cycle runs smoothly.
No. The setup fee covers building your competency framework β once it's built, that work has been delivered, even if you cancel afterward.
